It’s easy to sign up to get an ode cashback card in a few simple steps:  
 
Already a Discount for Teachers member? – visit the My Account section to unlock your ode cashback card  
 
New to Discount for Teachers? – choose the ‘Super Saver Plus’ Membership option when you sign up.  

Anyone who works in the education sector is eligible to become a member, including teachers, office staff, kitchen staff, and other employees. As long as you work in education, you are eligible. 

Yes, we offer an additional card. All you need to do is choose the ‘add an additional card’ option when you sign up or add one at any time by visiting ‘My Account’ on the Pluxee website.  

There is an additional charge of £2.99 per year (after the first year) for any additional cards. 

We are always looking to expand our range of partners and occasionally we may have to remove some – but we’ll always make sure there’s plenty for you to choose from. 

Yes, you can use your ode cashback card abroad. The ode cashback card can be used anywhere that VISA prepaid cards are accepted. Please note that a 2.5% foreign exchange fee will apply.  

You can check your daily currency conversion rate for making abroad purchase overseas retailers. 

Forgot your pin? Don’t worry, it happens.  You can log into your Pluxee UK Card app or via the website and click ‘pin reminder’. You will need to provide the final 4 digits of your card, and once this has been done, you will receive your pin.  

If your card is stolen or lost, please notify the ode cashback card support team immediately.  

1.  You can call them on 01908 303564. 

2.  Press option 3 for 'lost and stolen'.  

3.  You can also head over to the Pluxee UK Card app where you can instantly block your card – this will prevent any further spend on your account.

Yes, there are a few restrictions. The ode cashback card cannot be used for; 

- Gambling or adult websites.

- You cannot receive cashback when buying petrol and non-petrol items from a petrol station  

- You not withdraw cash from an ATM.

The ode cashback card is a pre-paid VISA card. This means that you can only spend what you top up onto your card. You can top up and keep track of your balance either via the app or online. You can either top up your card manually or set up automatic top ups to do this for you! 

Yes, you will still earn loyalty points when shopping with your ode cashback card. You can still acquire loyalty points – just like you would when shopping with a VISA Debit card. However, when you shop at participating retailers, you can also earn cashback.
