To qualify for this offer, customers who do not already have a So Energy account must follow the link on this page to sign up to So Energy as their new supplier, following all other terms of the offer outlined below and as per So Energy's terms and conditions.
Existing So Energy customers looking to change tariff must follow the link on this page, log into their So Energy account to process the request.
Customers with more than 49 days until the end of their fixed tariff may incur exit fees for each fuel type if they change or cancel their existing tariff. Please refer to supplier T&Cs.
All existing customer accounts must be in credit at the time of the switch request.
All customers must have an active Direct Debit mandate at the time of the switch request.
Existing customers must have provided a meter read within 30 days of taking out their new tariff.
Customers must pass their 14 cooling off period and pass the eligibility window for this offer, which is 30 days.
The promotional offer will be fulfilled once eligibility is confirmed.
Cancellation of your tariff or Direct Debit within 90 days of the request will result in this voucher offer being ineligible.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
The Incentive will be issued via email after being live on supply for 90 days, this will be around the 120th day of live supply.
