  • Please do not worry if your profile is not at 100%. You can still access our incredible deals and discounts without fully completing your profile. 
    If you would like to complete your profile, all you have to do is head over to your profile and provide the following information:
    - Name
    - Insurance and utility renewal dates
    - Email Address 
    - Membership Type
     -Tell a Friend
    When you provide us with your personal information, it allows us to improve our services and find greater deals for our members. 

  • Are you trying to log into your account? Have you forgotten your email address? Please don’t worry. All you have to do is request a password reset. When you make this request, an email will be sent that outlines how to change your information and gain access to your account. 
    Are you still having issues accessing your account? We are here to help! Send an email to [email protected] stating the issue you are having and your name. From here, we can check our system for your information and help you gain access to your account. We can also help you change your password. 

  • Forgetting your password is easily done. Thankfully, we are here to help you gain access to your account. If you have forgotten your password, then please follow these steps:
    1)  Firstly, you need to click the ‘Sign In’ button and choose the ‘Forgot Password’ option.
    2) After clicking the ‘Forgot Password’ option, you will be asked to enter an email address linked to your member account. From here, you will be sent a password reset email with clear steps on how you can change your password. 
    3) Sometimes, these emails can end up in your Junk/Spam, so make sure you check your Junk/Spam folder when searching for the password reset email.
    4) If you are struggling to change your password after following the steps provided, then please send an email to [email protected] detailing the issues you are having and your full name. 
    Once you have provided information to validate your account, we can search for your account on our system, process your request, and help you change your password. 

  • Issues logging into your account? We are sorry to hear that. Let’s fix that issue!
    If you have issues logging into your account, please send us an email outlining your name and the issue to [email protected]. Ideally, it would be best to send an email from the address you registered with us. By providing us with this information, we can then check our system to verify your details and resolve the problem.

  • We’ll miss you! Our mailing list brings you the latest deals and offers straight to your mailbox. By opting-out, you might miss out on incredible savings!
    If you would like to unsubscribe, please click the link at the bottom of any email you receive from us. You can also head over to your account and choose to opt-out of our newsletter.

  • Sorry to see you go! We don’t like to see our members leave because we want you to get the best deals possible!
    Are you still interested in unsubscribing and having your data deleted? If so, please send an email to our Data Protection Officer with your full name and request. It would be best if you sent the email to cust[email protected] from the account you registered with. 
    By sending this information, it enables our Data Protection Officer to initiate the process. The Officer will then check our systems to verify your details, locate your account and delete the information under the GDPR.
