T&Cs for June Campaign
These Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications regarding this campaign. Participants should retain a copy for their information.
1. The Promoter: Pluxee UK Ltd, Enigma House, The Park MK, Ortensia Drive, Wavendon, Milton Keynes, MK17 8LX and Network Digital Marketing Limited, Unit 3, 1st Floor, Glasshouse Business Park, Glasshouse Road, Wigan, WN3 6GL, T/A Health Service Discounts, Discounts for Teachers, Discounts for Carers, and Charity Worker Discount are the promoters. Pluxee UK Ltd will be solely responsible for the Reward Campaign administration, inquiries, or complaints.
2. Eligibility: All ode cashback card holders (new or existing), who spend on their ode cashback card, at a participating retailer, within the promotion period will be entered into a draw, where one winner per scheme (Health Service Discounts, Discounts for Teachers, Discounts for Carers and Charity Worker Discounts) will be selected at random to win back their total spend (at participating retailers) for the period credited to their ode cashback card balance. Anyone professionally connected with the Reward Campaign are not eligible to participate.
The Promoter does not accept any liability whatever for any issues caused effecting the promotion and or campaign as a result of network failures, system development, computer or telecommunications failures, any technical failures at any stage of the campaign and or fault of any kind.

4. Promotion Period: Spend at a participating retailer within the month of June (00:01 GMT on 1st June 2024 to 23:59 GMT on 30th June 2024).
5. Reward Campaign: One winner per scheme (Health Service Discounts, Discounts for Teachers, Discounts for Carers and Charity Worker Discounts) will be selected at random. Their total ode cashback card spend, at participating retailers, from the promotional period, will be credited to their ode cashback card balance within 10 working days* of the end of the promotional period (30th June 2024) up to the value of £1000.
Alternative rewards are not available; the Reward cannot be altered or amended.

The ode cashback card is free for the first 12 months. An annual fee of £2.99 per card is charged thereafter.
6. Qualifier Notification: All those who have qualified will be notified by email held on their account within 10 working days of the end of the Promotion Period. The Promoter has the right to validate all registrations and reject any not meeting all the Terms and Conditions as set out. Entrants are required to maintain up to date contact details in their account, and the Promoter accepts no liability if it can’t contact the selected user because they are not.
7. Users Participating in the Reward Campaign agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the application process, the operation of the Promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive or in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Reward Campaign at any time and without notice.
8. All issues, questions, rights and obligations in connection with this Reward Campaign, or any other legal matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

*The Promoter will reasonably endeavour to have the funds available on your ode cashback card by this date, however this date is an estimate only and can change due to factors outside of our control.
