• Can be used as full or part payment. Any remaining balance can be used on future purchases. No change will be given.
• The maximum gift card purchase is £510. To buy a higher value, please make multiple purchases.
• Cannot be used to pay for M&S Bank services, products or outstanding card balances, made to measure shirts, personalised cards, Lunch to Go, M&S Energy, or to buy another gift card or e-gift card.
• Cannot be used online to pay for made-to-order curtains. These must be bought in store when paying with a gift card.
• If an item bought with a gift card is refunded or exchanged for a lower priced item, the money owed will be added back to the gift card.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
